His extensive background includes serving as a volunteer Philosophy and Religious Studies teacher, where he has influenced numerous students in critical thinking and ethical leadership. Pierre has also held significant leadership roles, including National Vice Chairman of the Youths of the Cameroon Baptist Convention, where he fostered youth engagement and leadership development from 2016 to 2021. Currently, he serves as the Bafoussam Association Pastor, overseeing 41 churches, a hospital, health centers, and several educational institutions.

As a youth leader consultant, career coach, and counselor, spanning from 2015 to present Pierre has trained over 500 young people in vital skills such as the transformation of plastic waste into pavement tiles, GPS installations, epoxy home designing, fish farming, and the production of household goods. He is currently leading a new training initiative on establishing backyard Brahma chicken farms, empowering youth to explore sustainable agriculture.
