Fai Rossette Fontom is a qualified Agricultural Technician with 11 years of hands-on experience, currently serving as the Chief of the Agriculture Post in Famchouet. Throughout her career, she has worked in various localities, showcasing her adaptability and commitment to agricultural development. In addition to her role in agriculture, she is a TV presenter and consultant on agriculture-related projects, effectively disseminating knowledge and expertise to the public.

In 2013, Fai authored a project on pig production, demonstrating her proactive approach to enhancing livestock farming. Additionally, she has been trained on gender-based violence through the Youth Network for Health Initiative, emphasizing her dedication to community welfare.
