TAYOUNG BAH ROLAND is an accomplished banker, financial literacy consultant, and dedicated youth leader with extensive experience in the banking sector and community engagement. He has worked at Afriland First Bank Cameroon since 2011, where he currently holds the position of Branch Manager. Throughout his career, he has excelled in various roles, including Portfolio Manager, Operations Officer, and Branch Manager, demonstrating exceptional skills in client relationship management, financial analysis, and operational oversight.
Qualifications:
As a Sunday-school teacher with the Cameroon Baptist Convention since 2007, he has contributed to the spiritual and moral development of both adults and young adults. Additionally, he was the Youth President of his local church from 2012 to 014, where he played a crucial role in mentoring and guiding young members of the congregation.Roland’s dedication to community development is further highlighted by his role as a dealer in organic farm products, showcasing his commitment to sustainable practices. He joined the Legacy advisory board in June 2023, furthering his mission to empower and educate the youth in financial literacy and sustainable development. He is married and father of three biological and two foster children.

His leadership extends beyond banking; he served as the Teaching and Training Coordinator with Campus Crusade for Christ International at the University of Buea, where he coordinated teachings, training initiatives, and evangelistic outreaches.
